Chef Brian has worked as a chef for 20 years, both in Ireland and Australia. As an SA local he was the Head Chef at the South Australia Jockey Club and also at the Dublin Hotel in beautiful Glenelg. In 2008 he returned to Ireland and for four years was the proud owner of a successful restaurant called “Flanagans on the Lake”. Following this, upon his return to Australia in 2012 he became the Executive Chef with Instyle Catering, specialising in weddings and private functions as well as being contracted as the exclusive caterer for Bird in Hand winery. In October 2015 Brian then endeavored on to new ventures, still within the food industry, but would like to have his own food business again one day.
Chef Brian has come aboard to the Pantry Packer team and would love to share some of his expertise in the kitchen with us. So every week we will be sharing some of Chef Brian's recipes, which of course will incorporate our market fresh produce, fresh quality meat, and other products.
